Refrigerator: Sea moss gel will last approximately
3-4 weeks. The expiration date listed on each gel is valid only when stored in the refrigerator.

Freezer: Sea moss gel will last up
to 6 months.

Spoilage Risk Factors

• Using the same spoon for each scoop:
  When taking your 2 tablespoons, use a fresh spoon for each scoop to avoid
  bacteria and gel spoilage.
• Improper Storage: Storing sea moss gel
  at room temperature for an extended period of time or in warm conditions can
  accelerate bacterial growth and spoilage. It's crucial to store the gel in the
  refrigerator or freezer according to the recommended guidelines. Please note
  that unless your sea moss gel remains in the freezer, it will expire within 3-4
  weeks.

1. As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email (system generated).
   
2. Allow your order to be processed.  Gel products are made fresh, they will have a 3-8 business day processing time before being shipped.  Dry products will have a 3-5 business day processing time before being shipped.
3. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will print your shipping label.  Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed.
4. Please note thawing may occur in transit please freeze upon arrival. 

 Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with UPS.

 If your package is returned to us, you will be notified via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. We provide the following options:

1.Refund your order total, minus shipping cost.

2.Schedule to have your order shipped again with additional shipping cost. *If product is still in good condition.
